Rosalia
Rosalia Vila is the Spanish flamenco and pop singer. From the time she was in her teens, Rosalia has worked in both the traditional and popular music. Yet, her music interests extend to diverse genres such as hip-hop, soul and soul. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela describes her voice as delicate and sharp, however she still having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer, her follow-up album to Los Angeles in 2017, was both a critical as well as a commercial success. The album topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums Chart and won an Grammy. The single La Fama featuring the Weeknd first appeared in 2021. Motomami will be her third full-length album. It was a collection of collaborations writing songs with many performers and artists, among them Cory Henry. The release date was March 20th, 2022 after the show on Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish soloist to perform on Saturday Night Live. Motomami was her album which won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made her the first female to be awarded winning the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
